The Villa Monkey Hill features a total of eight spacious en-suite bedrooms — six in the main house and two in a separate guest cottage — all finished to a high standard with generous proportions and thoughtful detailing.
In the main house, the junior master suite on the first level includes a private media room, while the principal master suite on the ground level opens onto a private patio with a comfortable sitting area. The layout provides excellent flexibility for families or larger groups.
The villa boasts expansive indoor and outdoor living areas, including a large swimming pool with an extensive pool deck and a charming gazebo perfect for al fresco dining. A well-equipped kitchen with a separate laundry area sits at the southern end of the home, while a fully detached two-bedroom, two-bathroom guest cottage is located at the far end of the lot, offering additional privacy and space.
