Rebecca Pitcher
Rebecca Pitcher is Director of Sales at Barbados Island Properties, specialising in luxury property sales and acquisitions across Barbados. With over 20 years of experience and a background as a RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor, she brings a sharp eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, a natural instinct for value, always focused on helping clients buy well.
After moving from the UK to Barbados, Rebecca embraced island life and new opportunities, launching a luxury charter sailing business and later Butterfly Boutique, now based at the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre. These ventures reflect her entrepreneurial spirit, strong local knowledge, and hands-on approach to business.
Rebecca works closely with buyers, investors, and families, guiding them through the buying process in Barbados with clarity, honesty, and care. She’s known for her calm, friendly style and for going the extra mile to ensure clients feel confident and supported from start to finish.
Rebecca and her husband Ryan have made Barbados home, where they’ve rescued over seven dogs and actively support local charities through fundraising and community involvement. Outside of work, she enjoys time with friends, dancing and making the most of everything island life has to offer.

Tora Porter
Tora is Director of Barbados Island Properties, bringing over 35 years of experience in property sales, management, and development. Her journey began at just 18 years old, working within her family’s property development business, where she discovered a passion for creating homes and helping people realise their property ambitions.
Throughout her career, Tora has been involved in new-build developments, renovations, property transformations, and investment projects. Having personally designed, built, renovated, and managed several properties of her own, she offers clients practical, first-hand knowledge of every stage of the property journey — from concept and construction through to staging, rental management, and investment strategy.
Her experience spans managing student accommodation portfolios, holiday rentals, and Airbnb properties, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both residential living and income-generating investments. This hands-on expertise helps clients make confident, informed decisions when buying, selling, or investing.
Having lived and worked in both Hong Kong and Dubai, Tora now proudly calls Barbados home — an island she first fell in love with as a teenager and has cherished ever since. She lives at Royal Westmoreland with her partner, Carl, and fully embraces the island lifestyle. Whether she’s on the tennis or padel court at sunrise, enjoying a round of golf, horse riding, or unwinding with a sundowner to live music, Tora brings the same energy, enthusiasm, and love of Barbados to both her life and her work.
