The Villa

Ocean Heights is thoughtfully spread across three levels, each featuring generous balconies that take full advantage of the jaw-dropping sea views.

The lowest level contains three spacious en-suite bedrooms arranged around a central lounge area. Two of these bedrooms open directly onto a private covered terrace that leads down to the villa’s own private beach access — perfect for early morning swims or sunset strolls on the sand.

One flight up, the main entertainment level is designed for effortless living and hosting. It features a large dining room, bright and airy living space, a modern kitchen, and an extensive covered patio. Expansive windows flood the area with natural light and frame spectacular ocean views, allowing you to enjoy the sea while relaxing indoors or dining al fresco.

The third floor is dedicated entirely to the dramatic master suite. Accessed through cleverly concealed doors hidden within a bookcase in the living room, this private sanctuary includes a walk-in closet, dressing area, luxurious en-suite bathroom with both tub and shower, and a small study or lounge nook. Every corner of the master suite, including its private balcony, enjoys sweeping ocean views.
