Welcome to Anchorage, a charming three-bedroom villa tucked away on the western edge of the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate. Surrounded by approximately half a hectare of beautifully landscaped gardens, this inviting home is ideally positioned just a short stroll from the Sandy Lane Hotel and the exclusive Property Owners Beach Club.
The Villa
Anchorage features three spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The master suite is furnished with a king-sized bed and includes a generous en-suite bathroom with double vanity and a large shower. The second and third bedrooms are fitted with twin beds that can be converted into kings, offering flexibility for different group configurations. One bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, while the other has access to a full bathroom located just across the hallway.
At the heart of the home is a bright and welcoming open-plan living and dining area, enhanced by vaulted ceilings and a tasteful mix of traditional Barbadian elements—such as mahogany furnishings and coral stone—with lighter, contemporary touches. A large marble dining table creates an elegant space for shared meals and gatherings.
Sliding doors open fully onto the terrace, allowing the living space to flow naturally outdoors. Here, guests can relax in shaded seating areas overlooking the pool and gardens, or enjoy al fresco moments in the peaceful surroundings. A quaint wrought iron table nestled within the garden offers an additional spot for morning coffee or a quiet game of cards.

Anchorage is ideally located less than a five-minute walk from the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Club. Guests have access to complimentary loungers, umbrellas, and a private cabana for storage, making beach days easy and comfortable. The calm waters of the West Coast are perfect for swimming, watersports, or simply unwinding by the sea.
Beyond the beach, the villa is conveniently close to some of Barbados’ best dining, golf, and shopping experiences. Concierge services are available to assist with arranging activities such as catamaran cruises, island tours, or visits to local attractions.
Staff & Services
A dedicated housekeeper is on hand six days a week to ensure a truly relaxing stay. An excellent cook, she prepares breakfast and light lunches, with additional meals available upon request. She also manages housekeeping and laundry, allowing guests to fully unwind and enjoy their time in Barbados.
