The Apartment

St Peter’s Bay 403 features a generous open-plan layout designed for comfort and entertaining. The spacious living and dining area flows effortlessly onto a large private terrace, ideal for al fresco dining while enjoying uninterrupted views of the turquoise sea.

The apartment comprises three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The principal bedroom offers a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and access to the terrace. The two guest bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with twin beds which can be put together to form a king sized bed ) are both air-conditioned and share a well-appointed bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a private terrace with seating. All bedrooms benefit from ceiling fans and high-quality furnishings.

The fully equipped modern kitchen features high-end appliances including dishwasher, oven, hob, american fridge/freezer, and features a breakfast bar. Fully equipped with everything you need from wine goblets, to champagne flutes, beautiful serving dishes and plate setiings to match.  What truly distinguishes this apartment is the attention to detail in the interior design — superior furnishings, carefully selected art, and elegant wallpaper that create a refined and stylish ambiance throughout.
